There is often confusion between weather and climate. Weather is the condition of the atmosphere at a particular place over a short period of time, whereas climate refers to the weather pattern(statistics) of a place over a long period , long enough to yield meaningful averages.
Meteorology studies weather, while climatology studies climate; both are atmospheric sciences. Climate is an important physical element because (a) it indicate the atmospheric condition of heat moisture and circulation (B)it play a dominant role in shaping vegetation and soil. C) it ultimately affect all form of life
Its meteorology studies weather ,while climatology studies both are atmospheric sciences.

Elements
There are several elements that make up the weather and climate of a place. The major of these elements are the following: temperature, pressure, wind, solar energy, humidity , precipitation, and topography.but the great influential of such climatic change it associated by natural and artificial which are divided in long course and short course

Modifying factors
The more important are also five: latitude, altitude, distance to the ocean and/ or sea, orientation of mountain ranges toward prevailing winds and ocean current.
